To develop and present the best programs and activities to alumni and friends of the Naval Academy throughout the Upper Midwest area. The Chapter supports the Alumni in Minnesota, Iowa, and the Dakotas.  In fulfilling this Mission, we envision fostering a large group of interested, informed, and energized advocates for the Chapter, the Alumni Association, the Naval Academy, the U.S. Navy, and the United States of America.
